My work as a coach and consultant spans close to 20 years and has impacted at-risk youth to Fortune 100 executives, individually and in groups, from too many industries to count, and one theme is common to them all: everyone I’ve ever worked with wants to tell the most compelling tale possible of who they are and what they stand for, in order to help themselves and others.

So I talk about “story”—a lot. The story of your business, the story of your life; the story of how you can best develop your talents for the sake of who you might serve.

I have been in recovery from addiction for more than 27 years, and the profound lessons I’ve learned on that journey inform every aspect of my work in the personal development field. I have used those lessons—for putting principles before personalities, taking full responsibility for your actions and results, and managing your mind and conduct for the greater good—to teach people from all walks of life to live with great joy and purpose.
